In June, Seabourn was named “Best Onboard Dining Venue, Luxury Line” for The Grill by Thomas Keller by the readers of TravelAge West as part of the 2019 TravelAge West WAVE (Western Agents’ Votes of Excellence.) As the culinary genius behind The French Laundry, Per Se, Bouchon and Ad Hoc, Chef Keller has added his expertise and inspiration to menus throughout our fleet. The Grill by Thomas Keller features updated versions of classic American restaurant fare from the 1950s and 1960s — perfectly grilled steaks, chops, poultry and timeless favorites such as Lobster Thermidor and creamed spinach. An extensive wine list personally curated by Thomas Keller complements each meal.
