Cheers! It’s Cocktail Time! Recipes Included

You don’t have to be sailing the seas with Seabourn to enjoy one of our signature cocktails! Follow these recipes to savor one of our delicious bar offerings, and remember a favorite Seabourn Moment or two until you can join us on board again. Here are two of our popular hand-crafted cocktails served on our ships as part of our all-inclusive culinary offerings. Cheers!




  • 1 ¼ oz. Ketel One Vodka
  • ¼ oz. Absolute Citron
  • ¼ oz. Cointreau
  • ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • ¼ oz. Fresh Cranberry
Glassware: Cocktail Coup
Garnish: Flamed Orange Peel
Place all ingredients into cocktail tin, add large ice, shake vigorously, and taste for balance. Double strain into coup, garnish and serve.


Pisco Sour

Pisco Sour

  • 1 ¼ oz. Barsol Pisco Mosto Verde
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Egg White Powder
Glassware: Nick & Nora
Garnish: Three dots of Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to mixing tin, add Hawthorne coil, dry shake, add large ice, shake vigorously and taste for balance. Single strain, garnish and serve.
