Seabourn’s Book with Confidence Policy

To assist you with your travel plans, Seabourn has introduced a temporary exception to our “Book with Confidence” policy to offer you greater peace of mind, knowing you can keep your booking, monitor current events, and cancel much closer to departure if unexpected issues arise. Please be assured, the safety and security of our Seabourn guests and staff is always our first priority.
Seabourn’s Book with Confidence policy is valid now through July 31, 2020.
Cruise sailings prior to July 31, 2020
For existing and new bookings made through July 31, 2020, guests may cancel up to 48 hours prior to departure and receive a 100% future cruise credit of any payment already made to Seabourn and currently within cancellation fees. Guests receiving a Future Cruise Credit will have until December 31, 2020 to book for any published voyages departing prior to December 31, 2021.
Cruise sailings between August 1 and October 15, 2020
For bookings departing between August 1, 2020 and October 15, 2020, the original “Book with Confidence” policy is still valid, where clients are able to cancel up to 30 days prior to sailing and receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit of any monies paid to Seabourn and currently within cancellation fees.
*The Book with Confidence offer (“Offer”) is available on bookings made for Seabourn cruises sailing on or before October 15, 2020 (“Eligible Cruise”). Sailings departing through July 31, 2020 consumers can cancel at least 48 hours before the Eligible Cruise’s departure and the consumer will receive a Future Cruise Credit (“FCC”) equal to the amount of the non-refundable portion of their cancellation fees (subject to verification). Sailings departing through August 1, 2020 through October 15, 2020 consumers can cancel up to 30 days before the Eligible Cruise’s departure and the consumer will receive a Future Cruise Credit (“FCC”) equal to the amount of the non-refundable portion of their cancellation fees (subject to verification). The value of the FCC will be determined by the actual non-refundable cancellation fees for the Eligible Cruise’s booking. SeabournShield premiums and/or reimbursed amounts shall not be included in the value of the FCC. Consumers cancelling Eligible Cruises departing through July 31, 2020 that are cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice will automatically receive the Offer. Consumers cancelling Eligible Cruises departing August 1, 2020 through October 15, 2020 must visit seabourn.com/bookwithconfidence and fill out the form with all requested information at least 30 days before the departure date of the Eligible Cruise. Once verified and processed, the FCC will be applied to the consumer’s Club Number. If consumer does not have a Club Number, Seabourn will create a Club Number for the consumer. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Consumer must use the FCC towards a future Seabourn cruise booking(s). Consumer must use the FCC by December 31, 2020 or it will be forfeited in its entirety. FCC is only valid on cruises sailing in 2020 and 2021. The consumer must use the FCC to book a cruise(s) by December 31, 2020; such cruise(s) needs to sail by December 31, 2021. FCC may be subject to additional terms and conditions as provided by Seabourn and may not be used for deposits, TF&PE, or SeabournShield. The value of the FCC and the Offer are non-transferrable, are not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value. May not be combined with any other offers. Offer may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice. Any promotion or offer available during or with the Eligible Cruise booking shall not apply to the subsequent booking. May be subject to additional terms and conditions.
