Caribbean Planter’s Punch and Greek Athenia

Inspired by our return to sailing in Greece and the Caribbean, Seabourn mixologists have crafted two delightful cocktails invoking the wonders and magic of each destination. Enjoy one at home now, and then again on board with us starting this summer!



  • 2 oz. Myers's Dark Rum
  • 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 3 oz. Orange Juice
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime juice
  • ½ oz. Grenadine

Preparation: Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker over large ice cubes. Shake vigorously and double strain into glass filled with large ice cubes, garnish and serve.

Glass: Hurricane Glass

Garnish: Pineapple Wedge



  • ¼ oz. Fresh lime Juice
  • ¼ oz. Simple syrup
  • Pinch of egg white powder
  • 1 oz. Orange Juice
  • ½ oz. Cointreau
  • 1 oz. Metaxa
  • 1 oz. Chilled Prosecco

Preparation: Combine all ingredients with the exception of Prosecco in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a glass. Top with Prosecco, garnish and serve.

Glass: Wine or Champagne Glass

Garnish: Lime or Orange swirl
