Last year we announced, “Delight in the Details,” a program designed to develop new ways to enchant and delight you as a member of the Seabourn family. We’ve received overwhelmingly positive feedback on these updates, both big and small. As a leader in ultra-luxury travel experiences, we’re so thankful for your ongoing feedback and we are very excited to see the impact these elevated Seabourn Moments have on your journey with us. New Enhancements to

At Seabourn we continually listen to your feedback and are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service at every touch point. Your voices were particularly resonant regarding our website, and we recognized the need for improvements in the overall experience. In response, we have invested significantly to transform it to a new web platform – the most complicated and significant part of the change given its essential role in shaping the user experience.

We acknowledge that this is a journey, and we sincerely thank you for your ongoing input as we strive to deliver better experiences. The recent enhancements to our platform mark the beginning of our dedicated efforts to elevate the user experience, ensuring that each interaction aligns seamlessly with the ultra-luxury standards synonymous with the Seabourn brand. Here’s what we’ve achieved thus far:

  • Simplified Primary and Secondary Headers Designed for Easy Navigation: Enjoy a cleaner and more refined browsing experience with clear categories and subsections in the second level of navigation. Learn more about why Seabourn is exceptional with a dedicated section in the main navigation, highlighting our newly updated Seabourn Differences. This new navigation also features a new "Find a Cruise" category that leads directly to cruise search results making it easy to book your extraordinary vacation experience.
  • We added a “Special Offers” tab that outlines all our latest offers including our best available offers, combination cruises, and limited-time offers for solo travelers to make it easy for you to know all that is out there.
  • Enhanced Visual Experience: Explore captivating images in the main navigation bar to showcase our brand and highlight additional important messages.
  • Improved Search Accessibility: Find what you're looking for effortlessly with the search function now easily accessible in the top navigation area, aligning with common and best practices in the online space.

We’re reaching out to travel advisors and select guests for feedback as we continue to improve, and we look forward to sharing ongoing updates with you as we progress.

The Signature Seabourn Experience Elevated

  • We’ve rolled out the following Seabourn favorites, like our signature complimentary jackets for Alaska sailings, printed versions of The Herald delivered to suites each day, and Guest and Officer lists.
  • SpaceX’s Starlink satellite technology is now live across our entire fleet of ships making it easier to connect or disconnect as you please.

More Special Touches Designed to Delight You and Transform the Way You Travel

  • Starting in early 2024, you will enjoy a selection of complimentary designer soaps, in addition to an extended selection of Molton Brown, London scented bath and shower gels that complement our current selection of bespoke fragrances that were exclusively designed for Seabourn guests.
  • As of March 2024, you will receive a special farewell gift to serve as a reminder of those special moments after you’ve returned home.

Our Continued Commitment to Culinary Excellence

  • We announced the next chapter in Seabourn’s history of award-winning culinary experiences: the debut of Solis – a new fine dining venue that celebrates Mediterranean cuisine and is inspired by feedback you’ve given us. Developed in partnership with our very own Master Chef and Culinary Partner Anton “Tony” Egger and Chef Franck Salein, the creative minds behind our most popular dining concepts Earth & Ocean and Sushi, Solis brings to life their love for Seabourn, their passion for travel, and their Michelin-level expertise. Solis launched on board Seabourn Quest in January 2024, and on Seabourn Ovation in March 2024, and will be rolled out on Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Sojourn by mid-year 2024.
  • Additionally, our chefs have crafted over 52 delectable new dishes for The Restaurant, with two delightful additions weekly. You can enjoy an enhanced 24-hour in-suite dining menu featuring a wider variety, including vegan and vegetarian options. Plus, our freshly squeezed à la minute orange juice is now available on all ships. Finally, indulge in the sumptuous concept, Sushi at The Club, successfully launched on board Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn, and Seabourn Quest.

We're thrilled to announce that thanks to you, we've surpassed 100,000 followers on Instagram! Based on your requests, we launched our “Stories from the Sea” social media program earlier this year providing real-time updates from our ships that include some of your favorite Seabourn Moments you shared with us. Your incredible journeys inspire us, and it's your tags and shares that have helped grow our Seabourn Social Family – and we love to read your comments!
