Solis Now on Seabourn Encore
Join us in celebrating the final grand opening of Solis! We’re thrilled to share that timeless Mediterranean cuisine is now available to guests on board Seabourn Encore along with Seabourn Sojourn, Seabourn Quest, and Seabourn Ovation.
As inviting as the Mediterranean cuisine on the menu, Solis offers light, modern dishes bursting with color and character, prepared fresh, and entirely from scratch. The new fine dining restaurant showcases a vibrant, chic atmosphere with meticulously curated background music and a menu reminiscent of guests’ and team members’ favorite travel memories. Solis was developed in collaboration with longtime Seabourn partners, Master Chef and Culinary Partner Chef Anton "Tony" Egger, and Senior Corporate Chef Franck Salein.
The restaurant features the finest regional wines with special onboard presentations from Seabourn’s master Sommeliers. On select sailings, you may meet with the local wine experts and learn what makes each sumptuous sip so special.
This summer, as our ships visit the region where Solis was inspired, join us on board to celebrate the culinary flavors and beauty of the Mediterranean. During select sailings in the Eastern Mediterranean, guests will be joined by visiting Sommeliers, guest Chefs, and executive team visits. In addition, we're thrilled to offer our beloved signature event, Shopping with the Chef, on every voyage.
